Shackleton Equity Partners seeks to acquire businesses primarily with enterprise values between $5 million and $75 million. We typically focus on businesses located in the U.S. as well as in Canada and Mexico. Shackleton specializes in complex investments in the following situations:

  • Non-core Divestitures
  • Distressed Investing (363 sales)

Key to our investment thesis is risk identification, assessment, and management. Our in-house expertise along with our network of operational advisors allows us a comprehensive analysis of these risks. In evaluating an investment opportunity, we assess three types of risk:

  • Company
  • Industry
  • Macroeconomic

Given our unique combination of operating, finance, and investing experience, we are able to manage all aspects of the investment process including due diligence, industry analysis, and operations.
